Donate an Instrument

Upon receiving a donation, we inspect the instrument to identify the required maintenance and repair. Most repairs are completed in-house by qualified volunteer repair technicians.

We accept:

  • Woodwinds

  • Brass

  • Strings

  • Percussion

  • General music instruments (recorders, boomwhackers, etc.)

  • Music stands, accessories, cases

  • Instruments beyond repair (for parts)

We DO NOT accept:

  • Pianos or organs

  • Instruments not common in school bands or orchestras

  • Brightly colored instruments

*Please note that instruments requiring significant repair may take longer to be put back into use. Instruments with significant damage can be used for parts.
