  • Because of your thoughtful gift, our students now have the opportunity to fully engage in their musical learning with instruments that are ready to perform at their best. Your kindness not only supports their education, but also encourages their passion, confidence, and creativity.

—Mary Newman-Evans, Principal, Harold B. Dawson Middle School, Peoria IL

  • "In my role I must ensure all my students have access to instruments through the school. Most of my students cannot afford to purchase or rent an instrument. Peoria Instrument Project was able to assist in covering some of the gaps that I had in my inventory. This gave more students the opportunity to experience band and the benefits that band has to offer. In an urban community, the benefits that band and the other fine arts has to offer are even more essential in order to help to build character, community relationships, and attendance at school."

—Maura Shepherd, Director of Bands, Peoria High School, Peoria, IL

  • "They have made a meaningful and significant impact on our students and community by donating quality instruments and repairing older school owned instruments. Projects of instrument repair combined with the improvements to our rehearsal space have been so instrumental in boosting our student & teacher morale. Students in particular have felt the impact of "feeling like someone cares" about their successes in music."

—Christopher Render, Director of Bands, Richwoods High School, Peoria IL

Your gift is instrumental to a student’s success.
